Vadzim Viktaravich, what can you say about the game?

- It is clear that the mood is not the best, I would even say bad. We had a short period with the team and tried to not overload them with information, made specific directions in order to achieve results and go to the next stage.

As for the game, I would say that in the first half we had a territorial advantage that allowed us to control the ball, but we did not create enough scoring opportunities. It seemed like we had the territory, but at the same time the ball moved slowly, so somewhere we didn’t have enough space to aggravate the situation. In the future, I would like to see from the team such a game as it was in the second half: with aggressive attacks, with the pressure. Unfortunately, already after the first half we were losing 0:1, we conceded. But in general, apart from the final result, I am satisfied with the second half.

Now it's important to switch. The season is over and it is necessary to do some work with the team: to understand who will stay and who will go. As I already said, next week there will be a small gathering for youth and loaned players. I want to get to know them so that they understand that there is trust and attention to them, because these guys are the future of our team.

Are you frustrated by the fact that the team didn't manage to win on your birthday?

- No, I don't pay attention to such moments. First of all, there is a professional job, and a birthday is just once a year. I didn't even think about it, and when I woke up in the morning, I was completely focused on the game, on the result. Well, what's done was done, it happened. This is life, you have to look ahead. I think that only together with the team we are able to analyze such situations, improve our game and achieve victories.

Today, a whole group of players from the main team did not take part in the match. Can we say that this was the reason for the failure?

- Absolutely not, at least for the reason that today played the guys who were preparing for the Cup from the very first day. They knew the requirements, the theory, worked out everything in training. Dusan Bakic returned from the national team the day before, it would be difficult for him. It is very difficult to work well when you do not know what exactly the coach requires.

Today it seemed that the opponent's player Kanstantsin Kotau addressed the goal to you...

- It's normal, it's emotions. The player thus showed that he was in the right place for his team. He did a great job. As for me, he did not cross any line of what was permitted. So no problem, everything is fine. This is professional work.
