FK DECIC - INFORMATION ABOUT THE OPPONENT

10.07.2022

On the eve of the second match of the first qualifying round of the Conference League, we have collected all the necessary information about our opponent. Let's get acquainted with FC Decic before the second leg.

FC Decic is a Montenegrin club based in the city of Tuzi (a district of Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro). Over the past two years, he took 3rd place in his championship, and also reached the final of the Montenegrin Cup twice. The club itself dates back to 1926, but did not play in official tournaments before the Second World War. For the first time, Decic entered the professional league in the late 70s, when began its journey in the fourth football division. In 1973, the team became the winner of the league and proceeded to the third division. Only in the early 2000s the team from Tuzi managed to break into the second Yugoslav League. After the collapse of Yugoslavia, the team ended up in the Premier League of Montenegro.

Several times Decic went to D2, but in the 2019 season the team returned to the elite division again, where it has continued to play in recent years. The team finished the last football season on the 3rd line, however, it should be noted, with a large gap from the second and first places (Decic - 56 points, Budućnost - 67, Sutjeska - 75).

As for the line-up of our opponent, we will probably focus on one player. A football player who was part of Dinamo-Minsk in 2015 and got into the playoffs of the Europa League with the blue-whites. On account of the player 42 matches, 19 goals and 8 assists. Of course, we are talking about Fatos Beciraj, the Montenegrin striker, who is so familiar to Dinamo fans.

The second leg match is waiting for us on July 14 and will start at 20:45 local time (at 21:45 Belarusian time). Good luck Dinamo!
