FLASHBACK: CHAMPIONSHIP 1982

On April 9, 2022 Dinamo-Minsk will play the match of Round 3 of the Belarusian Championship against Slavia in Mazyr. Meanwhile, back in 192 our team also played on the road.

On April 3, 1982 Dinamo played against Dynamo from Tbilisi. And again, for the third time in a row, Eduard Malafeeu stayed with the same starting lineup: Kurbyka, Barouski, Kurnenin, Trukhan, Shyshkin, Prakapenka, Hotsmanau (Rumbutis, 46), Zyhmantovich, Melnikau, Kandratsieu, Vasileuski (Hurynovich, 32).

2 halves and two different games. In the first half Georgian team managed to score 4 times: 2 times from the field and 2 times from penalty spot. It was decided already in the first half to replace Vasileuski with Hurynovich.

After the break, a completely different team from Minsk entered the field. Misk spent most of their time on the attack. A penalty free kick was awarded to our team, but Prakapenka missed. Neither Hurynovich nor Melnikau, could beat the goalkeeper. And only at the last minute Hurynovich successfully sent the ball passed into the penalty area by Kandratsieu. And scored a goal of prestige. The result of the match was 4:1.

Then the team went to Armenia. On April 6 we were waiting for the match against "Ararat".

The starting lineup included: Viarheenka, Barouski, Kurnenin, Trukhan, Shyshkin, Prakapenka, Hotsmanau, Zyhmantovich (Rumbutis, 78), Melnikau (Bialou, 78), Hurynovich, Kandratsieu. Unlike the previous match, Hurynovich took a place in the starting. Viarheenka and Kurbyka continued to replace each other in turn.

In the first minutes, the home team could already score, but the ball hit the crossbar. On the 27th minute Hurynovich scored a goal from Melnikau's pass. Also in the first half there was a scoring opportunity from Prakapenka, but the goalkeeper saved the home team.

After the break, Dinamo switched to a defensive game. Only Hurynovich remained in the attack. He even scored one more goal, but the referee called the offside. Hurynovich sharply commented on this episode, for which he received a warning. And on the 77th minute, the Minsk team broke the rules and "Ararat" equalized the score from a penalty spot. Immediately Malafeeu tried to save the game and released Rumbutis and Bialou, but the score remained unchanged.

В турнирной таблице на счету “Динамо” из Минска и “Арарата” сохранилось равенство. По 5 очков было на счету обеих команд и они делили 6 и 7 строчки.

С таким результатом “Динамо” вернулось домой и ждало в гости команду “Черноморец” из Одессы.
