In connection with the conclusion by a footballer Ablaye Mbengue, who transferred on loan to our club from FC "Akhmat" at the end of March this year, a labor agreement with a third club, "Dinamo-Minsk" states the following.

Ablaye Mbengue unilaterally terminated his employment relationship with the Grozny and Minsk clubs, while they were conscientiously fulfilling their contractual obligations, which contradicts the FIFA regulatory documents.

In this situation, the actions of the player, as well as the actions of the club that signed a labor agreement with Ablaye Mbengue, will be assessed by the competent FIFA dispute resolution body.
