First and hopefully the least

Match report of Round 1 of the championship.

Well, looks it's going to be a very unique season in any way. But from the first matches all doubts were gone: the champion was struggling to pull out a draw in the match against a team that has just returned to the Premier league; "Shakhter" already beat "Torpedo-BelAZ" twice in the Cup, but in the match of Round 1 lost at its own stadium; BATE with a score of 1:3 loses to "Energetik-BSU", the team which barely kept a registration in the Premier League a year ago. Yesterday, the debutant of "Belarusbank - Premier League" also kept the trend defeating "Dinamo-Minsk" ... There wasn’t such a start to the championship for a long time (if ever was). Once again, we are looking forward to a very unpredictable season.

1843 - this number of visitors who attended the match. It is worth recognizing that right now we are going through a rather difficult time, therefore we are very grateful to everyone who came to Dinamo Stadium yesterday and supported the team. And once again a huge respect to our fan sector, which actively drove the guys forward and warmly greeted them after the final whistle, despite the final result. Especially sincere were the fans' charges supporting Siarhei Hurenka, who, due to disqualification, was watching the match from the stands. Thank you for your support!

As for the game itself: of course - the score is on the scoreboard, no argues. But, we consider it necessary to once again pay attention to the refereeing. Some decisions directly influenced today's result. Firstly, there shouldn't be that corner free-kick, after which the only goal was scored, and secondly, a hand game in the penalty area of the guests. Just for the record.

In general, Dinamo had several good chances to score a goal, but in the final stage lacked accuracy or elementary luck. Of course, the problem with the last pass is still relevant and  Siarhei Amelyanchuk point this out at the press conference. But we still have to mention the opponent - "Rukh" also forced our goalkeeper Maksim Plotnikau to enter the game several times. Although, by and large, Dinamo defense did not give the opponent a chance.

Well, good thing our goalkeeper Maksim Plotnikau has returned. Unfortunately, his first match wasn't as good. Yesterday, Dinamo periodically showed a very interesting game: a short and quick pass, opening, tactical tricks ... It remains only to work on the last phase of the attack. But this year the team looks very promising and we believe in it!
